Thank you for joining us for the Switchee Summit 2024. This year, our free, one-day, in-person event further recognised, celebrated and amplified efforts to innovate in the affordable housing sector. Joined by the Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street, and key speakers throughout the day, we explored how industry peers are innovating to tackle common industry challenges, including fuel poverty, damp and mould, and resident communications. In the Awaab’s Law workshop, we brought together social housing peers to discuss timescales for repairs in the social rented sector, as well as discuss what the obligations mean for them, how to navigate the changes, and the impact these will have for residents.
