How does Mould iQ Act work?

Assess: Switchee is instructed to resolve a mould case. Property assessment is completed remotely over the phone from a certified specialist and an appointment is booked.

Analyse: Produce comprehensive home surveys. Smart sensors are fitted in minutes, without disruption to the resident. The data from the sensors is analysed and a report is produced detailing the source of the issue and the next step.

Action: A mould wash is immediately actioned, followed by fixes to leaks and ventilation. This targets and eliminates the mould and its root causes.

Assure: The job is completed, the sensor stays in place to check environmental conditions. This will show that the fix worked, and the home is Awaab’s Law compliant and mould free.
