How the Switchee-enabled fan works?

The Switchee-enabled Revive 7 is fully integrated into the Switchee ecosystem, transmitting real-time fan data directly to the in-home Switchee device and into the Portal. It captures temperature, humidity, energy consumption, and detailed fan operation data (including on/off status, trickle speed, and humidity-triggered boost mode).

Designed specifically for social housing, the Revive 7 provides landlords with clear, visualised insights through graphs and custom reports in the Switchee Portal. This makes it simple to evidence ventilation performance, confirm that fans are set-up correctly, and confirm the fan is being used and isn’t switched off.

By embedding this level of transparency, landlords can demonstrate compliance with Awaab’s Law and the Reformed Decent Homes Standard, while ensuring homes are healthier and residents better protected.
