In terms of the heating, these flats hardly use any additional heating so I rarely need to adjust it [the Switchee]. In winter I needed to change it so I adjusted the thermostat manually. I found it easy once I got used to it and somebody showed me how to use it. A couple of times when it got really cold I altered the Switchee by a couple of degrees as I usually have the base setting quite low. It’s very responsive. When it needed rebooting they fixed it remotely so I didn’t even have to have anyone come round. Since then I’ve not even had to think about it

I’m actually quite happy, we’ve seen the benefits already and it [the Switchee] was only put in two months ago. It’s really helpful, I really like it, even my six year old can control it. We’ve noticed you don’t even have to turn it all the way up, just adjust it by 1 or 2 degrees but with the old one you had to turn it all the way up. That’s what’s helping with the bills.

Since Switchee has been installed, I have found that I am using less gas. I am so pleased with it.

I prefer Switchee to my old thermostat as it gives greater visibility and allows better control of my heating..
