Citizen Housing Group partnered with Switchee and Vent-Axia to tackle recurring damp and mould issues across its housing stock. While interventions were being delivered, the organisation needed a better way to understand which solutions were having the greatest impact and how to scale successful outcomes for residents.

Using Switchee's real-time property insights alongside targeted ventilation improvements, Citizen was able to measure the effectiveness of interventions at scale. The result was a sustained reduction in mould-inducing conditions in 75% of homes, lower humidity levels, and greater confidence that investment was delivering healthier homes for residents.
