CHIC provides procurement solutions and frameworks designed specifically for the social housing sector. Through our partnership, CHIC members can access Switchee solutions through established procurement routes, including selected merchant partners, helping make procurement simpler, more direct, and more accessible.

The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) provides a compliant procurement route for Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud support through the UK government’s G-Cloud framework. Switchee is an approved supplier on the G-Cloud 15 Digital Marketplace (Lot 2b), enabling social housing landlords, local authorities, and public sector housing providers to procure Switchee’s cloud-based smart thermostat and resident welfare platform, including Swift by Switchee.

NHC Procurement provides public sector organisations with compliant procurement frameworks for housing, estate management, and property services. Switchee can be directly awarded through the Asbestos, Legionella, and Mould framework under Lot 3.4, providing members with an established procurement route to access our solutions for identifying and managing damp and mould risk alongside other services.

Through our partnership with Procure Plus, members can access Switchee solutions through established procurement routes, including the Low & Zero Carbon Technology Framework, direct award options, and selected merchant partners. This helps simplify procurement and makes our solutions more accessible to housing providers.

PfH provides public sector organisations with compliant procurement frameworks for housing, asset management, and property services. Switchee can be directly awarded through the SHED4 Framework, giving members an established route to access our solutions for retrofit, planned works, and identifying and managing damp and mould risk.
