In partnership with Flagship Homes, Switchee used real-time property data to identify households at greatest risk of fuel poverty and deliver targeted energy voucher support directly to residents. The result was an 87% response rate, with 72% of respondents requesting financial assistance, demonstrating how data-led interventions can improve resident wellbeing, strengthen engagement, and deliver support where it is needed most.
