Grove Community Housing Association partnered with Switchee and Plentific to take a more proactive, data-driven approach to damp and mould. By deploying Swift devices in homes with historical or recurring issues, Grove gained real-time visibility into temperature, humidity and damp and mould risk within residents' homes.

Using these insights, Grove was able to understand the impact of remedial works and validate whether conditions had improved. At one property, data showed damp and mould risk fall from High to Low following targeted cavity wall insulation, giving Grove measurable evidence that the intervention had successfully addressed the underlying issue.
