8 November 2024: Switchee is delighted to have been named the 47th fastest growing tech business in the UK at the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards.
The UK Fast 50 is a ranking of the country's 50 fastest-growing technology companies, based on percentage revenue growth over the last four years. Now in its twenty-seventh year, the UK Fast 50 awards recognise revenue growth driven by leading intellectual property and are a celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship.

To be in the Top 50 is an acknowledgement of our commitment to use technology for good. Yesterday marked the 5-year anniversary of Ian Napier’s tragic passing. The recognition from Deloitte is a fitting way to pay tribute to Ian, whose vision and leadership with Adam Fudakowski helped shape the early days of Switchee.

Switchee continues to grow, working with its incredible internal team, progressive customers, and astute partners. Switchee’s technology, which is used by more than 130 social housing providers, measures humidity, temperature, and pressure and analyses data with the aim of preventing mould and lowering heating bills, as well as improving communications between tenants and landlords.
