17 June 2026 Property data and analytics expert Cotality, today announced a new strategic partnership with leading provider of real-time property insights for social housing landlords, Switchee. Through a new API connection integrating Switchee’s real-time environmental data with Cotality’s Portfolio product, the collaboration will empower social landlords to provide warmer, more energy-efficient, and cheaper-to-run homes for their residents.
The integration will initially be rolled out to analyse the housing stock of two major mutual customers covering a combined 45,000 number of properties in the coming weeks.
By combining Switchee’s live, in-home data—which helps identify damp, mould, and heating inefficiencies—with the advanced energy efficiency modelling and risk management capabilities of Cotality’s Portfolio platform, landlords can make faster, highly targeted decisions. This expanded offering directly supports resident welfare, equipping housing providers with the exact advice and operational pathways needed to upgrade properties efficiently and underpin long-term asset viability.
Driving data innovation in social housing
